Katherine Sempecos is a NY and European licensed Clinical Aesthetician, Medical Laser Technician, and IPL Laser trainer with over 25 years of experience. She co-owns PRISM Med Spa in Roslyn, NY. Katherine has introduced cutting-edge anti-aging technologies to the U.S., treated celebrities, and contributed as an expert to Vogue and Allure. Prism collaborated with BRAVO's Housewives of New Jersey and were featured on the show's Season 8. Prism is now proud to announce its newest collaboration with Salon Project by Joel Warren, opening its first 'pop-up' shop in Salon Project, at Rockerfeller Center.
Katherine's extensive experience for the past 25 years with laser and RF technologies has allowed her to develop her own proprietary combinations of the most advanced technologies and anti-aging techniques, like combining stem cells and exosomes. This allows clients to enjoy the "Aging Backwards" effect that Prism clients always keep coming back for
Her next venture is launching Prism Transformational Retreats in the Greek Riviera.

With a background in the European medical spa industry, Vasilis Mezini specializes in aging well products, advanced technologies, and PRISM Med Spa’s marketing and events. As Marketing Director for PRISM NY & NJ, he educates clients on IGS DNA analysis and wellness treatments. A Certified CRYO Therapist since 2018, he focuses on sports medicine, pain relief, and weight reduction. Vasilis also leads PRISM’s promotional events and social media. His next venture is co-leading PRISM Transformational Retreats in the Greek Riviera, integrating Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen, and Blue Zone wellness.

A top Board-Certified OBGYN with over 40 years of experience, Dr. Maria Levada is a leader in women's healthcare and anti-aging medicine. Specializing in Natural Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy, she integrates cutting-edge technologies like lasers, injectables, and DNA analysis to enhance wellness, nutrition, and weight management. As Medical Director of PRISM Med Spa, she has earned multiple Top Doc awards and is a professor at NYCOM. Dr. Levada is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Anti-Aging Association (A4M).
ELENI CHARALAMBOUS | CLINICAL AESTHETICIAN
30+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
Eleni is a licensed aesthetician with 30+ years experience with various skills in this field, including but not limited to: facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and glycolic treatments. Her specialty at PRISM is the Electro-Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, with a certification in lymphatic therapy and instruction for over twenty years.
Eleni performs this exclusive treatment at PRISM for many uses. Some practical uses of this treatment include cellulite reduction, weight loss, immune system enhancement, post-surgery lymphatic-decongestion, heavy metal detoxification, and post-chemo detoxification, just to name a few. We are so glad to have someone of her caliber and tenure with working with us to serve our loyal clientele.
